While our superb gym facilities offer the perfect environment for you to work your way towards your fitness goals, sometimes you’ll need that extra motivation, professional knowledge and friendly encouragement to get to exactly where you want to be.
At Bodytech our expert Personal Trainers will work closely with you, to develop a supportive relationship and provide tailored sessions to suit you.
Working with a Personal Trainer can be just what you need to hit new levels. Our expert coaches will create a specific programme to suit your body, level of fitness, training goals and experience. There are many benefits to working with a trainer, including:
Motivation: Not training enough can often be the biggest barrier to progression. With scheduled 1-2-1 sessions, you will feel more compelled to go to the gym and not let yourself down or your Personal Trainer.
Training plan to work to: You'll also be motivated by a detailed and specific training plan, that you will be encouraged to stick to. This will be tailored to your goals and needs, meaning you will spend more time hitting key areas you’re keen to work on. Your Personal Trainer will monitor and adapt your plan based on your progress.
Correct form and technique: If you’re inexperienced with certain exercises in the gym, having the expertise of a Personal Trainer on hand, will help to ensure your safety and to steer clear from injury. You’ll learn correct techniques and be introduced to new equipment that you might be nervous about using.
As a member of Bodytech Gym, you will be entitled to book a free consultation, where a trainer will discuss your needs and the goals you’d like to reach. You can organise this by speaking to a Personal Trainer in the gym.
You can then sign up to regular sessions with your trainer.
Personal training at Bodytech Gym is all about meeting your needs as an individual. Feel free to ask about the other trainers at the gym, to ensure you find a trainer to suit you – we will be more than happy to talk you through their teaching style and particular areas of expertise.
